From the information desk to checking was streamlined and easy. My session with the medical staff was clear, concise with all of my questions and concerns answered
I haven't gone to my appointment just yet... I finally have an appointment with them after calling them and leaving them four voicemails on their answering service.... By the fifth phone call, is when I was finally able to make an appointment... Why have an answering machine telling patients to leave a voicemail and then when messages are left you don't call them back... Already I am NOT happy with them... They better do right by me.
