Dr. Hillis and his staff is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. They are not here to provide care. RUN...pick another practice if you can. Cancelling appointments without notice via email or phone call and refusing service after calling in advance to confirm appointment and state of illness. Staff speaks with disrespectful tones and are unsupportive. Bedside manor needs to be improved greatly. It seems having migraines is not considered a valid reason for care at this practice. I have seen two doctors. I've also been to the Saint Elizabeth Step Clinic. This building has it's own Lab and X-ray Clinic so that you don't have to go to the hospital. They have excellent doctors and nurses.
