Mercy Health Pediatrics needs some new receptionists. I missed my sons appointment this morning (my first one I've missed, I overslept), and when I called to reschedule the woman who was helping me was very rude. I kept telling her my sons name and she kept asking for mine which they have NEVER done before, and got snippy when I didn't answer her right the first time. With this coved going on the don’t treat your family members well. My mother is in the because her body filled up with fluid and they were suppose to drain it this morning but instead they put it of because of this coved 19. She can’t breathe because she has so much fluid on her. They put her in the coved wing when she was told by a doctor that she had no symptoms of coved. It’s ridiculous when they can’t treat people.
