Kay was the most worst and disrespectful nurse you could have.
My father sat in the ER for 26 hours waiting for a room. Ridiculous!
Sometimes really bad, they put me in hall&forgot about me! I was released 2 hrs earlier&noone came to tell me! Last time, almost 2 weeks ago was good, got me back gave me 2 aerosol treatments&rx&on my way out! It all depends on Dr that's working&staff, some care much more than other's there! !!
Now these doctors care about you whether your own doctor does or not.
Had a visit last night and I saw Dr. Fox! One of the nicest docs I have ever met!!! I really appreciated his humor when I was in such a crazy situation. Always has awesome treatment here! If I have to be anywhere like this, Austintown St. Elizabeth is my 1st choice. Every single person on their staff have always been wonderful to me from check in to the nurses, to the doctors, and the staff who take care of any tests needed. Thanks for the great care!!!
