There was a time when I loved and praised this salon so much pre COVID-19 because of great price, service and staff. My experience yesterday has completely changed that. I went in for a virgin relaxer which cost $55 a deep condition which is $5 and 6 colored clip ins installed with a doobie which should have totaled 80 to $83 pre tip. How in the world did I get charged $100. So unfortunately no one got a tip and I won't be returning here. I'm very disappointed with the inconsistent pricing. If I could, I would have given this establishment a zero rating. During my visit, I scheduled an appointment for a blow-dry that included curling my hair. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hair was still dirty. After washing my hair, I was subjected to a blow-dry for approximately 20 minutes. The stylist then informed me that they would perform the blow-dry, which was not the service I had requested. This establishment is highly unsatisfactory and I would not recommend it to anyone.
