I can't believe there aren't more 5 star reviews! I feel so lucky to have Kim and Nicolas caring for my neck injury and cautiously coming up with treatment plan tailored just for me. They don't answer their phones. No matter how many times you call, their receptionist will NOT call you back. Very bad customer service.
