They provided personalized attention! I came with lot of back pain and have got tremendous relief! They couldnt help me with my Sciatica pain. Unfortunately, their billing department is not great, They never gave me an accurate answer on how much i had to pay. I am glad I stopped as at the end of 3 months I got a huge invoice to pay which was not what was communicated.
The staff and physical therapists here àre incredible over the last 8 years I have been recommended this place at least four times that I can recall at each time for a different malady. Each time I had a positive outcome. Also the staff in particular Sabrina aka Wonder Woman is very adept dealing with paperwork that makes solving the riddle of the gordian knot like Child's Play. And like Alexander the Great she had a similar Common Sense solution. These folks take their jobs very seriously to their clients benefit.
To say St. David’s Spine and Sport Therapy is the best physical therapy clinic understates their importance in my healing journey. I couldn’t do it without Kim, Sabrina, and Brian.
My experience has been excellent from reception desk to treatment program. From Sabrina, the office administrator, to Chris Chase,MDT, chief therapist, everyone at St. David's Rehab is professional, helpful & kind. They focus on a plan, execution, support & followup. The environment is pleasant & peaceful which enhances the healing process. Definitely consider St. David's Rehab Spine & Sports Therapy!
Chris and team are excellent. Parking tips for first time visitors: - enter the garage on 30th street, not the garage on 32nd where the ER is - once you get in the garage, drive up to the 5th level and enter the building from there. Spine and Sport is right inside. - regardless of the level you park on, the entrance to the building is literally *inside* the parking garage. once you enter, there are elevators that can take you to the 5th floor.
