Only in ER about 2 hours before surgery but staff could not have been more professional and kind. I also could not have received higher level care during my six days on the 4th Floor. Every single staff member from the housekeepers all the way to the doctors were exceptional. Nurse Brynn and Patient Tech Arieanna were real standouts.
Every single one of the staff from the 1st to the last person very well attended me. At the window at wheel chair going to get checked. Great precision by everyone! Loving, understanding, awareness of me needs, on time with there procedures.Alex was there for me to help me understand not to worry,and everything is was looking great. My child has come to this hospital a couple times by ambulance to the children’s ER. The staff are all very nice, courteous and helpful. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgable and helped our little one get better. Very grateful for them.
The care at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center was fantastic from the moment we walked in to the receptionist to the doctors and nurses. Everyone was very caring, friendly and efficient.
