One of the techs on the 3rd Floor for Neuro was an absolute nightmare. Her name was Daria, and she was so mean to both patients and her fellow staff. Definitely not fostering a welcoming environment.
Nurses and doctors in labor and delivery were amazing. I felt well taken care of even though my birth plans fell through. They were all very reassuring and thorough of everything that was happening hour by hour. Mary, Gabby, Lauryl, Katie, Maddie, Safari & Moreen, thank yall so much for everything 🩵 (there’s like three more but I can’t remember they were equally as great!) She was there on behalf of the hospital, providing helpful information about the transplant process to patients. She was very professional and kind, and even measured my hand-strength with a dynamometer. A very knowledgeable and caring professional—highly appreciated.
