When the triage nurse ( the tall slender male RN in the ER on night shift) first started interacting with me and my child, i felt a warmth and compassion. When the doctor came in i felt deep concern and since of knowledge of situation and disease process. They immediately began what needed to be done to treat. No waiting Everyone of the medical staff here speaks to me in English and not "doctor" language. Awesome nurses and techs! Food was great and we couldn't have asked for more excellent care for our daughter Shane!
I can't say enough good things about the Labor and Delivery department. This is our second child to be born here and again, the nurses and staff are amazing.

Don't remember all the names of staff there, but I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences in a medical facility we have ever had... From the cleaning staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and seemed just genuinely happy to be there! A+ facility! Top notch, and so glad to have found Dr.Natali!
Checking in ER was great friendly caring staff. The doctor and one nurse Ryan was awesome then all hell broke loose after they told me I was gonna be admitted. They got my meds mixed up after me telling them what I take. I was stuck in ER overflow for 16hours waiting for a room. Once I finally got a room the Dr never came and seen me only sent message thru nurse till 2 days later.. the staff was rude and didn't communicate well to understand patient needs and the list goes on.
