I had an appointment on April 15 at 11:30 AM. I arrived only 7 minutes late, but after waiting, I was told that my appointment had been canceled. I felt that my time was not respected. Additionally, the front desk staff’s behavior seemed unprofessional. I hope the clinic can improve how they handle situations like this.
Just want to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for the care I received from this location. They were extremely busy all rooms were full, and I came in with an arm injury in excruciating pain. Everyone was so polite and professional, I can’t express how truly thankful I am for everyone’s care. Dr. Smith, Clint, Kathleen, the medic I can’t recall his name, and very grateful for the travel nurse from San Antonio who was attending as well. 2 stars because the night doctor was great and eventually they were able to assist with the pain. I was the only patient and staff was incredibly slow & lackadaisical. I couldn’t care less if staff cared, but c’mon I’m experiencing severe pain and they’re not providing timely aid.
They were very kind and took care of us!
