Just want to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for the care I received from this location. They were extremely busy all rooms were full, and I came in with an arm injury in excruciating pain. Everyone was so polite and professional, I can’t express how truly thankful I am for everyone’s care. Dr. Smith, Clint, Kathleen, the medic I can’t recall his name, and very grateful for the travel nurse from San Antonio who was attending as well. 2 stars because the night doctor was great and eventually they were able to assist with the pain. I was the only patient and staff was incredibly slow & lackadaisical. I couldn’t care less if staff cared, but c’mon I’m experiencing severe pain and they’re not providing timely aid.
They were very kind and took care of us!
St. Davids ER was fantastic. Everyone was attentive, kind. patient, and supportive. They answered all our questions, guided us through the entire process, helped with hospital admission, and put us at ease. Registration was easy, including easy follow up with additional info we needed but didn't have on hand. The wait time was Zero! We walked in and were seen immediately.
