I had a great experience here! Found my dr to be really caring and kind and smart. Wait was very short.
A family member checked in here for an X-Ray and pain medication after a painful wrist injury from a scooter accident. The X-rays were surprisingly negative for fractures, however, his wrist was obviously bruised and swollen. I understand doctors are cautious about ordering narcotic pain medication, however, the older female Caucasian doctor that treated him refused to even give him a work excuse note. I was very disappointed in the care I received. I felt like I was being dismissed. I had X-rays and was told they were not sure if there was a fracture or not and sent me home with no meds for pain. I had 2 weeks of intense pain.
Irresponsible doctor , After my son visited and had an Xray , the staff said the doctor will call when the results are in , And after a week when i called they said Dr is busy and coudnt get time to call back , Busy for 1 week is this urgent care or something else ? , Hope less service i recommed not to visit this location .
