After my previous negative review about the lack of follow up from reservations, I got a call from them and resolved the situation. While I was frustrated about whatever happened with their systems, when I finally did talk to them, they were exceptionally professional.
over two days and 15 phone calls up to 40 minutes - so hours and hours spent trying to call them - absolutely nothing. I see other similar complaints so they have a serious systemic problem - either bad systems or vastly understaffed. Either way, there has to be another place to get imaging. These guys don't seem to need the business.
