I have had numerous surgeries, and this is the best facility I've gone to in my lifetime. Expertise and great personalities.
First time here
My spouse here for screening preventative procedure. 1 hr behind but haven't said anything to me, only know because the board up front says it. Irritated because haven't been told anything. That's the reason for low rating. Coffee area out of creamer, I asked up front and they said they are out. Nail in coffin to make me leave a negative review. poor communication.
Maya, Suev, and Sonya were my wonderful nurses while i was here. They were all so friendly and competent! They made surgery go fast and made me feel comfortable enough that it wasn't even a problem! I really felt like each one of them cared about each step of my process and recovery! They really cared for me and made me feel very comfortable during a very uncertain time and I'm very grateful for them! Worst experience ever and will not be going back here ! I was told to lawyer up because of what I dealt with at this hospital I kept having severe gallbladder attacks and on 10/17 I was rushed to the emergency room and was supposed to be having surgery there the next day (it was scheduled in advance). The ER knew this and they started an IV. The emt (HORRIBLE but not the hospitals fault) tried to get an IV 3 times , and the nurse at the hospital tried another 2-3 times (honestly seemed like he was on meth) and another nurse ... read more
