When a family is most vulnerable and needs help during such a difficult time having a hospice clinical manager (Monica) who just doesnt do her job, is uncaring, blames everyone else and is rude only adds to the pain and suffering families have to endure. I switched to Angela Hospice (10 stars!) and immediately everything was handled! As a homecare nurse myself I will NEVER recommend this hospice to any of my patients.
If I could leave a negative I would ! This is the WORST place you could ever expect care from and Don’t mind the Theft either ! Regional mngr Stacey blocks All calls to corporate and Elizabeth who is a Nurse ? Doesn’t even know how to handle a patient w constipation and will just let your loved one die Do to Her Not Performing a unimpact or Enema or even smart enough to use a suppository ! Don’t come here if you want your loved ones safe
How horrible do you have to be not to return a call to a family with an active patient. Do better.
So far I am very pleased with the care my mother is getting. RN’s Sarah and Marci are terrific and explain things thoroughly and answer any questions I may have. The aides Jamie and Tasha treat mom with dignity and genuine care. .
