We want to thank the entire care team that worked with our brother in LaCrescent, MN. The exceptional kindness and care that this team showed him and our family was second to none. I was skeptical to have a new team work with us due to my brother's special needs and inability to communicate. The St. Croix team that worked with him, especially his care nurse Andrew were so knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I cannot say enough wonderful things. I would highly recommend St. Croix if you are in need of hospice support.
If zero stars was an option this would be the place to receive it. If you love your family member, do NOT send them any St. Croix Hospice workers. My mother entered this a skilled nursing facility on a Monday, fully coherent, texting, talking, making phone calls, and eating independently. By Wednesday—just two days later—she was barely responsive, unable to feed herself, speak, or stand. I was horrified at how rapidly her condition declined. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOSPICE CARE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!!! HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY UNEDUCATED & INCOMPETENT NURSES THEY HAVE EMPLOYED THERE. DEFINITELY GO WITH A DIFFERENT HOSPICE CARE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THIS ONE. READ THEIR REVIEWS!!!!
We want to thank St. Croix for the great service we received for our Mom. Everyone was great, personal, and respectful for her needs and ours. A special thank you to Crystal and Rachel, we couldn’t ask for greater care givers! Mom looked forward to seeing them! Thank you!!
