If zero stars was an option this would be the place to receive it. If you love your family member, do NOT send them any St. Croix Hospice workers. My mother entered this a skilled nursing facility on a Monday, fully coherent, texting, talking, making phone calls, and eating independently. By Wednesday—just two days later—she was barely responsive, unable to feed herself, speak, or stand. I was horrified at how rapidly her condition declined. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOSPICE CARE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!!! HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY UNEDUCATED & INCOMPETENT NURSES THEY HAVE EMPLOYED THERE. DEFINITELY GO WITH A DIFFERENT HOSPICE CARE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THIS ONE. READ THEIR REVIEWS!!!!
We want to thank St. Croix for the great service we received for our Mom. Everyone was great, personal, and respectful for her needs and ours. A special thank you to Crystal and Rachel, we couldn’t ask for greater care givers! Mom looked forward to seeing them! Thank you!!
The respect, kindness and excellent care my mom received from the St. Croix Hospice staff was amazing and our family is grateful. Their knowledge, support, and responsiveness made it possible for my mom to stay at our home until the end, comfortable and safe—a gift for which we will forever be grateful.
