St. Croix hospice helped our family navigate the most difficult time of our lives. Marta, RN and Emily, Social Worker went out of their way to ensure my mom’s end of life journey was humane, dignified, and comfortable. They’re extremely compassionate and sincere about what they do.
I was really touched to learn that a tree was planted in my mother Lara’s memory. It was such a meaningful gesture. Thank you for honoring her life in such a beautiful way.
My husband peacefully passed away, in our home, under the care of St. Croix hospice Plymouth Mn. Best decision I ever made! The nurses, aides, phone nurses, social worker, and the spiritual counselor are all angels in disguise. St. Croix Hospice Fond du Lac over promised and definitely under delivered and I hope that no other family has to endure what my dad and family had to endure. They made a bunch of promises and had my dad transferred to his assisted living home for his hospice care before they had everything in place for him. My dad passed away before they even ensured that his comfort meds were onsite!
