St. Croix Hospice Fond du Lac over promised and definitely under delivered and I hope that no other family has to endure what my dad and family had to endure. They made a bunch of promises and had my dad transferred to his assisted living home for his hospice care before they had everything in place for him. My husband of 48 years passed away under the care of St. Croix hospice Plymouth, in our home. Best decision I ever made! The nurses, aides, phone nurses, social worker, and the spiritual counselor are all angels in disguise. They guided my husband and I through a very difficult time and they did it with careing compassion. From scheduled visits, to 3 a.m. calls with urgent nurse visits they always responded.
