I would not recommend St. Cloud Toyota to anyone. From the first day that we walked in and the finance manager lying to us about there being something wrong with the loan that we got from our bank, just so he could run our credit again; to find out that no, there wasn't any issue at all; to the 42 day repair of our second transmission, which was the fault of the the power train warranty not theirs, to now the valve cover they replaced, so they wouldn't have to see the vehicle again, not being put together correctly, leaking ... read more

RecommendedI absolutely recommend this dealership. Rick and Mitch were excellent to work with. They were both very upfront, knowledgable, informative, and professional. We were initially unsure about buying, but they gave us the confidence and information we needed to make an educated decision from start to finish. The 160 mile drive was worth it. I bought a Toyota Tundra from there and after having egr issues they replace the left bank. I ask should the right bank also be replaced I’m told no worries. Fast forward 5 months later right bank needs replaced. It’s a racket to make money. The banks need to be replaced at the same time but they don’t do that. Causing you to have to keep repeating the process causing massive losses in income.

I started dealing with St. Cload when i purchased my 16 Toyota Tundra in 2018. they have made it enjoyable to go into have the work done. regular maintenance. They are my number one dealer. I am very happy with them, and they also helped me get into my 2020 Tundra. I will continue to keep going to them with any Toyota issues.
