my wife told them the $27 oil change. they put in synthetic. then made her sit around to get it back is to dump the synthetic and replace with conventional. is this how they screw over women? rude customer service will not go back and will let everyone i know not to go.
After three years, my car definitely needed a deep clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I got a complete detail. It feels like I’m driving in a brand new car! 11/10 :)
Great Service, In and Out Done Right the First Time:)
Terrible service. Paid high price to get my interior cleaned and it looked terrible. It was a job that was rushed. Not only was it rushed but the interior of my car was scratched multiple times and brought it back to have it fixed and the covered it up whether spray paint getting paint residue all over the radio, vents, and shifter lever. When I picked it up the young employee said the manager was on vacation and he would give him a message. Disgusted, the employees have no customer service skills, when you tell a customer you are going to check on something for them and then never come back to answer their questions...not acceptable. Then to ask another employee the same question and they virtually ignore you while walking away. Horrible. Never again will my husband or I bring a vehicle here, nor recommend that anyone else does.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE DETAIL MANAGER. SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT I NEEDED DONE TO MY 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER, HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE SPECIALS THEY WERE RUNNING TO ENSURE I GOT THE BEST DEAL. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY VEHICLE LOOK AMAZING BEFORE I PUT IT IN STORAGE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY THIS YOUNG MAN, I WILL REFER EVERYONE I KNOW BECAUSE OF THIS FABULOUS EXERIENCE.
