This has been the most positive experience I have had with a company doing a service for me. They were beyond professional and prompt. I needed a fence put up in a short amount of time and while they could not make any promises in the beginning they came through and my fence was put up today, 6 days before I needed it done! I would recommend Strightline fence to anyone who needs a fence!

I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. I hired Straight Line Fence in December 2025 for a $3,300 vinyl fence installation. Their representative promised a 5‑year workmanship warranty, and the company even advertised that same warranty on a social‑media reel. When problems appeared, they denied the warranty existed. My landscapers fully prepped the fence line based on the survey, yet the installer tried to shift blame instead of owning the work. The man with a different daily excuse not to come and finish the critter fencing. My dogs squeezed between the slats and jumped in the lake. An alligator spotted them and the chase was on.We were able to get the dogs back inside the yard b4 tragedy struck. It’s been more than three weeks and he won’t return calls or even tell us if he intends to complete the job!😡 He’s been paid in full. Apparently a small claims or civil suit should go forward.
They dis a great job on my fence, when an issue arises KC the service manager was on top of it and took care of it quick and now we have a good looking fence for a good price
