Was such a wonderful experience. I’ve never particularly liked going to the eye doctors but they made me feel so comfortable and It was Such a quick and easy visit. Will 100% recommend them to everyone.
I have been there 3x's maybe 4. All I can say is each time I have been there I have seen Dr. Lauren Eder, Alee and Crystal. Each one of these women have went beyond what the position they hold consists of. Understanding, caring so much about me and my other medical issues I have had for quite awhile. I am thankful for them because when I was at a loss with everything they showed howmuch they care. LOVE it here! I've had glasses my whole life and I just had my first eye exam there. It was the most extensive exam I've ever had and I learned more about the problems with my vision in this one visit than I've ever learned in my whole life. When I first walked in I was greeted with nothing but smiles from all of the ladies at the reception area. Alee was extremely professional and helped me get signed in with a smile! I had an 840am appointment and staff knew id been working overnight the night before (even took a little nap in the car while I waited for them to open). They got me in and out the door with an eye exam and choosing a new pair of glasses within 35 minutes. All of the staff were very polite and thorough. The o ly thing that would make me happier is if the prices were lower, but with the current economy, thats a default complaint, regardless of where I am.
Dr. Meyers was extremely knowledgeable and caring. She took her time with my eye exam and answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly, warm and helpful. Would recommend St. Clairsville Eye Care to all!
