Worst experience I've ever been through for a knee operation I tried them 3 years ago for something and was unhappy I decided to give him another try shame on me. It's a mill, got all kinds of promises how well everything was going to go and how easy it was going to be for recovery all bs. Even the billing department is all messed up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I was there for a consultation and some X-rays. They waited 3 months to bill my insurance company and after that my insurance had expired so they try to charge me $500 in cash. Meanwhile they set me up with a schedule that was nothing but a way for them to make money off of me. They set me up for all these injections and all these consultations that I know I didn't need or want.. these people are just shysters.
EDIT: They just texted me to say that all my information was stolen in a cyber attack and I need to freeze my credit. Do not give them any of your information. I tried to make an appointment but the person I spoke with seemed bothered by my call and was not friendly at all. The only other time I was there, I got to speak to a doctor for less than 5 minutes, so it's not like the poor customer service is even worth the hassle.
The Drs are great but this is the 3rd time I've been waiting over a hour for my appt. that was scheduled for 9:30. How can they be that far behind this early in the morning. UPDATE: They've gotten much better with wait time.
Had an appointment for 10:20 AM, wife was in pain at a 10 plus. Did not get to see Dr Perry until,11:45 AM. Would not recommend these services to my worst enemy. You could die before you get service.
