We built a duplex in the fall of 2018. We meet with Bob and he showed us samples of his siding and windows. He presented himself as a professional that was dedicated to his company and the quality of the products along with the professionalism of his workers. St. Clair offered a LIFETIME warranty he told us! Well, here we are a year and a half later, phone calls, texts, and many promises of we will fix it .....nothing!!! We had siding installed based on the presentation about how strong the siding was by the salesman along with the outstanding warranty that was promised. After a couple of years there were a few holes in the siding that needed replaced to sale the house. We called in February and were promised many times that we were on "the list". The house went under contract in July and sure enough the buyers wanted the holes fixed. We are quite happy with our new windows. The installers were professional and did a great job. The day after our windows were installed the temps plummeted. It was great to stand by the window and not feel the cold air leaking in and the view from the sliders was amazing. If you’re looking for windows, you want to buy them here. You won’t be disappointed.
Don't deal with them poor service won't come down here to Berryville, Ar. Do any repairs. I have all documentation and pictures when they install window in my home, wrong size window did not replace any dry rot, they cover up with new window lots of cold air leaks they use my wood for the trim wrong trim to lazy go down to lumber yard 2 miles away..If you like more info about them, call me or email me I will show you pictures and contract.870 350 2121
