I really enjoy the doctor and the staff but getting into contact with the front desk has to be one of the hardest things to do. I can call 15 times in one day and never get through. Sometimes you just need to speak to someone to ask a simple question but cannot do so because it is just not possible to get the front desk on the phone. Very frustrating process.
I've been a patient at this clinic for over eight years. Looking back at the other reviews, I agreed with many of them. Appointment scheduling and customer service were the only aspects of the clinic that I found frustrating. It was very difficult to get through by phone, and sometimes it took over a week to confirm an appointment. Over the past two years, however, I've noticed a significant improvement. My experience with St. Clair Medical Clinic has been excellent! The front desk staff are incredibly kind, and very helpful. Dr. Borins is always attentive and patient, and he is also a lovely person!
Excellent doctors office. Admin service is also so good.
