Longer than normal wait times. Came in for a glucose test, first had me waiting over 45 minutes, my name somehow disappeared from the wait list and no one noticed till I said something. I won’t be coming back here.

I have been going here for over 5 years in order to get blood drawn every few months. The staff is friendly and very professional regarding their blood draws. I recommend this facility to everyone.
I have arrived here at 10:00 am, the parking lot is full and there is no parking available for patients. I am fasting from 12 hrs but the front desk is running very slow. Now it’s been an hour and they have failed to register me. I get sick with fasting and they are moving so slow. They need to improve on their services. There is just one person registering on front desk. Although they have five computers someone else could be working on. Very bad job by front desk.
