They charged me for a followup the same price as an eye exam when nothing new was done. Too expensive for what it is.
Dr. Vyas and the staff here are so kind and caring. The team fit me in for a same day emergency eye appointment to deal with a sudden pesky eye infection - couldn't get in with my doctor, the pharmacy sent me away, and the walk in clinics understandably all had crazy wait times. Not great for a busy student. Really grateful for their care and would recommend them to anyone!
Avoid this place at all costs. I went for an eye exam and specified I need retinal scanning for diabetes and they charged me $169 when the normal charge for these tests are $50 since majority of it is covered by OHIP. They are also very rude if you don’t buy specs from them and will start scaring you about online retailers. Absolutely horrible place that is out to scam people. To be clear I only needed retinal scanning and they say they put me through “extended tests”.
