to expensive...the one man was rude and wanted to argue
The guy (didnt catch his name, has white beard) that does the glasses was rude! i asked for copy of prescription to take elsewhere and he said "you trust us for your exam but not your glasses?" and kept on about my insu covering it,even after said no money today, would be getting later, i finally him im not gonna argue with him, just wanted prescription
They need to fix their customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for a month and no one told us they are not in my insurance network. They claimed they left a voicemail with that information, but the only voicemail I received was to confirm my appointment in two day's time. Nothing was said at that time about our insurance. We wasted time and gas to come for an appointment we couldn't keep.
