Had appt at the Langhorne location. The guy (didnt catch his name, has white beard) that does the glasses was rude. i asked for copy of prescription to take elsewhere and he said "you trust us for your exam but not your glasses?" and kept on about my insu covering parts of it and how was only gonna be $24 for lenses and then discounted on coartings,even after said i have no money today, would be getting later, i finally him im not gonna argue with him, just wanted prescription
I went in today and was helped by Robbie with my glasses he is so kind and always takes his time with me! Great job and Thank you! To the rest of the Staff and Doctors you are all Rock Stars thank you for taking such good care of me and my husband!
