Have lived here for over a year now. The building is old but nice. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Land lord is very nice and communicative. Have had no issues
Went to view a studio. They told me over the phone that they were $550. I get there next day and they say none are available at that price. They proceed to show me one that isn't available for an entire month... It's only 200 Sq ft unlike the 500 sq ft one they offered me.
I lived here for a couple years - nice building, amazing location, great building manager - I'd have stayed if only my contract hadn't ended!
