They overbook and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous plus the front desk lady yelled at someone's child for saying "what the hell". Took me very off guard that the staff were so rude to someone else's child...
I had a great experience. Drs are wonderful w kids ..the one Dr.taught him how to wash his hands like a surgeon which he is still siked out about 6 months later. Of course their first line of care is surgery .. because they are surgeons and all. But I followed the other allergist route as first line of treatment because this is my only kid and the knife scares the heck out of me... We saw an allergist and he is much better but any sickness he has targets his throat and sinuses so it looks like we are going in the OR directio... read more
