This hospital needs to fire all their customer service receptionist. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope a manager sees my review and implements a training course for new hire employees. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week at the ophthalmologist department and have been unsuccessful because my calls keep getting transferred and disconnected. Chop is my next choice.
Eye doctor for kids customer service is the worst i’v been trying to make appointment almost two months they keeps on lying to call next week for opening And last they told me doctors are leaving and they cant make any appointment and to go to another place.
