They never answer the phone, when you leave messages about simply asking to fax over your kids records... no response
The office was a little hard to find in Sewell but it was nice on the inside. Kid friendly and large for the Littles to run around. I called for an Opthalmology appointment the day before and had a lot working against me. My newborns still are without insurance so I'm self pay and the office was scheduling a few months out. There was concern that my little guy was blind. They put me in a cancellation spot for the following day and allowed me to self pay the appintment. I met with a nurse and Dr. Bailey. My son sees Dr.Ellen Mitchell in Gastroenterology. She is very sweet and informative. She is also very thorough and explains everything in easy to understand terms. As for the front desk there is one woman, I forget her name but blonde who is very sweet. The other front desk staff need work. I won’t lessen the stars because Dr. Mitchell is great and this review is of her, not the office staff.
Both of my children have seen Dr Rosenblatt and Dr Wolfe. Both doctors are wonderful and my kids love them. The office staff goes above and beyond for us and are so nice. And Bill just is the best ever. He has gone above and beyond to assist me in so many situations.
The office staff her are some of the rudest desk staff I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I can see why this place has such a low rating. I made an appointment after being referred here by my pediatrician because my one year old failed his eye exam twice. I waited months for my appointment here only to receive a call saying the doctor will n longer be in on that day. When I called back to reschedule, a different woman answered.
