Recommended30 years on this earth and I’ve never needed stitches until today. I went to the nearest urgent care facility to get my cut looked at. @St Charles Urgent Care was nothing but exceptional. The few stitches I needed went as smooth as possible and everyone in the facility was as pleasant as can be! And I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! 10/10 across the board for everyone at that location!!

I went to be tested for Covid 19 because I was around some one that was positive. they were all super nice but it cost me $150.00
Front desk needs to learn how to welcome people on Sunday March 15th in the afternoon. Specially when the place was empty. We felt unwelcome. We will never come there again. Cause when a person is ill and looking for comfort and you greeted them like you are uncaring. Wow! Even if we live in Norco. We will go to Laplace or Metairie next time.
