They need to shut this place down and redo the whole thing rebuild the gate and hire security . My car was stolen from these apartments while I was a resident I just paid my car off a month before . My car was totaled . When I speak to Other residents apparently this has been a thing in the apartments your car is easily stolen and it’s not safe . St. Charles Row, has failed to communicate costing me money, fear and stress, 1. Failed to communicate garbage would not be picked up repeatedly causing unsanitary conditions. 2. Failed to return calls, messages and email regarding parking stickers causing 2 cars to get towed in 10 days and cost $647 3. Failed to correct computer error on Tennant Rent Manager costing $225. 4. I came there sometime the end may trying move in there. Nubia help me help me with my moving in process.... while showing the apartment I stated I need to update 211, which caused problems in the future. I was suppose to move in June 12. That did not happen. Once I provide docs for verification of employment and pay slips was accused of the verification was fake.
