The office manager Keyur was very professional and transparent with showing apartment to us, doing all the lease paper doing our move in walk thru. Excellent communication while we were in India and guided us about everything and we feel very happy to have this place our first home in Canada and start our life.

Excellent customer service, and everyone is very friendly! They are quick to get on repairs. They remove snow pretty quick as well. Beautiful quiet area to live in.
Terrible company, we made an appointment to view an apartment, waited 50 minutes on the street with a child and no one came, I don’t recommend it, not interested in clients
