Premier Care lives up to their name in professionalism, courtesy, and caring. I see three doctors within the group; all are highly skilled and are willing to spend the time with me I need to make sure I'm aware of all my treatment options, plus they are caring and considerate of me, a person, not just a patient. I would, and DO, recommend them to anyone looking for quality, peronal care.
Terrible!!! Doctor Martin is COMPLETELY irresponsible and refuses to follow up on his debotched surgery work. DO NOT USE THIS DOC OR OFFICE!!!!!
HORRIBLE experience-Bellevue location (I have seen Dr. Spitzfadden, K. Zehnder & today his son S. Zehnder for about 7 yrs now) Dr. Spitzfadden treated me for plantar fasciitis (for all who have had it you know it is unbearable pain in the arch/heel of your foot) so for the past 2 days I have used a cane & got a 911 appt made for this morning at 7:30AM. "Hi, how are you doing"..."Tammy...HI" but before I could even say anything since I am still getting into the hallway and making sure I don't hit her with my stuff or slip since I am looking down she then suddenly says "YOU CAN LEAVE!" BIGOT, posing as caring doctor... BEWARE — The word BIGOT comes to mind.... DEFINITION: a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance. While Dr. K's surgical work is outstanding, his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. It seems he dislikes people of weight. There are several Orthopedic surgeons in this practice. My first visit lasted about 3 minutes, he never even touched my injured ankle and walked out of the room while I was asking a question. His only advise on my severely swollen, bruised and painful ankle that I twisted was to walk on it if it did not hurt too much. 7 weeks later on a follow-up visit my ankle is still swelling, I have very limited range of motion and I continue to need crutches to walk.......... he told me to try physical therapy for 6 weeks and if I was n... read more
I can not recommend Dr. Beirne to anyone. My own personal experience with this doctor was horrible. His behavior to me as the patient and my husband was unprofessional. He misdiagnosed me even though both my husband and I kept telling him what we thought was wrong. He was rude and totally dismissive. The outcome was me having emergency surgery, almost losing my foot and three months lost work.
