A great place to buy a car. Our sales man, Andy Pomeroy, took his time to listen to what we wanted. He made us a great deal and really took his time during delivery. I will buy all of my cars from Andy in the future.
TransUnion is the best source for information regarding 'inquiries' on your credit report. I was curious after reading 'Kyleen's' review, so I called their customer service # 855-681-3196. The nice guy i spoke with really cleared up the topic of credit inquiries for me!!! Horrible! Went to purchase a car for my daughter with a pre-approval from a bank that was strictly with St. Charles Auto. I specifically told Joe, the sales person, that I only wanted my credit application run that bank only. Well, lesson learned. Make sure you give all instructions to them in writing or else you will end up with excessive credit inquiries beyond what you told them because they don't know how to listen. Got my awesome car here from a pretty awesome salesmen!
They were good. Made me do the "car sales guy vs the customer" dance cut at the end of the day I got what I was shooting for on a nicely used Xterra. Charles, and Sid were very cool and helpful.
