Always sweet
Wait times are ridiculous. Phlebotomists are awesome tho. St. Charles really needs to hire more and pay them better to retain them. Saturday hours would probably help with the load.
Wait time for blood draw is absurdly long here. The waiting room is packed, noisy, and feels like you are at the DMV.
Longest wait for blood draws. So many of my drop in lab draws have been more than an hour long wait. It’s ridiculous.
