This morning I waited OVER 30 minutes to be told there is no order from my doctor. The time I went in before this 4 months ago I waited an hour to get my blood drawn. It is not reasonable to expect people to have to take 30 plus minutes out of their day to get a blood draw. The plobodtomists that work at st charles are very nice but they are so obviously understaffed and probably underpaid. Will definitely from now on be sending my blood orders to interpath here in Redmond instead of st charles so I can stop having to block ... read more
I absolutely love it here! Dr. Irby and everyone else there are so wonderful! So much so, that when we moved out of Redmond, we still make the trip to St. Charles Redmond Family Care!!
