I absolutely love it here! Dr. Irby and everyone else there are so wonderful! So much so, that when we moved out of Redmond, we still make the trip to St. Charles Redmond Family Care!!

Always sweet
Wait times are ridiculous. Phlebotomists are awesome tho. St. Charles really needs to hire more and pay them better to retain them. Saturday hours would probably help with the load.
Wait time for blood draw is absurdly long here. The waiting room is packed, noisy, and feels like you are at the DMV.
