State of the art MRI Imaging Center with the only large bore MRI in Ventura County. We are able to accommodate patients weighing up to 500lbs. With our large bore MRI, patients with Claustrophobia are able to tolerate a closed MRI scan, thus getting optimal images for the ordering physician.

I have had seven MRIs in the last 18 months with the last two at St. Charles Imaging. How I wish I had the other five here as well! I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic and this is the ONLY machine that I felt somewhat comfortable in. I wasted my time with open MRIs only to find that the imaging is not nearly as clear or complete as closed MRIs, and the other closed MRIs I had been in were so confining that the experience (even with the help of several Vicodin!) was very traumatic for me. Friendly staff. If MRI tests are not your cup of tea, this is the facility for you. You are made to feel more than comfortable. Ask all the questions you want you won't be made to feel dumb. This MRI is the FASTEST MRI that I have ever experienced. Emily the office manager is never without a smile and is super smart. You will find answers to questions.
