If I could leave a zero I would My issue is with the service department I had a mice nest in the engine and there was a bad smell they found the source of the smell which was a molded onion but they didnt remove the mice nest. I had several conversations with the service guy reiterating about the mice nest I got the car back with the nest still in tact but didnt know this until my daughter saw it was still there I called the service supervisor **** who didnt believe me and wanted pictures he saw the photos and at same time m... read more

This place is a joke bought a 2022 Hyundai venue wanted to pay cash they said no had to get a loan told me to sign papers never told me the papers I was signing was adding ******* to the price. Got home that day and called them back told them didnt want gap ins or extended warranty. We also explained that by financing the vehicle, you could purchase the vehicle at MSRP, not the thousands over MSRP that other dealers are charging. I had the worst experience in Saint Charles Hyundai. We were there to finalize a used car. We agreed on the price and partial payment was processed on my credit card. Then the sales person comes back and says they can't honor the price, they want to increase the price. I said NO, I'm not interested in buying the car and I would like to have my cc and drivers license back. I wish I would've read the reviews on this company prior to purchasing two vehicles from them. That they don't take the time to respond to the customer reviews speaks volumes about their customer service. I have been waiting for over a month for parts to come in for my Elantra. Very deceptive business practices. I must concur with all that I have read. Lots of back and forth with my salesperson Santos. He lied about the interest rates and the asking prices for the vehicles. He wasn't knowledgeable about his job at all. I spoke with another man, thinking he was the finance person only to find out that I still don't no what his title was.
