I have been a loyal customer to st Charles Nissan since 2011 and never thought I would have to worry if I was being treated fairly or given a fair deal but this makes 3 cars now that I have been cheated out of or lost. In 2020 they repossessed my Altima and was only 2 payments late and I called the GM **** *** and he said to let it go and if my boyfriend came in and bought a car I would get a free car no car payments. Terrible customer service. They would not honor my warranty on my Hyundai either! They were also rude to the tow truck driver.
