I have to agree with Kyle Woehler’s Google review. Ed’s isn’t the worst shop, it just isn’t the best. After taking the car in for a rough idle issue, the issue is better, just not resolved. I called hoping for a free quick check on the previous work that was done and ended up in this circular conversation of “well it could be free or you may need to pay us more diagnostic again”. It just feels a little charge-happy as a customer. If the situation changes, I will pull down this review. Guaranteed.
