I had an appointment on July 18, 2023. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was finally shown into the first examining room. my concerns about having to wait so long were addressed. The nurse said that patients were scheduled five minutes apart. I also told her that I wasn't seeing as well as I was before I had cataract surgery. I will never go to The Eye Center again. The doctors at the Eye Center are good doctors as far as I know, but one of the staff forgot I am the customer and she is the customer service representative. I have Glaucoma, and it is controlled by Lumigan. I had been in the hospital with Covid and after release, I could not find my eye drops. I had used the Eye Clinic back in 2018, and wanted to go back to them, as they are close. My request was simple: Please give me a 30 day supply of Lumigan, and I would set up an appointm... read more
