We’ve been going here for years and I’ll be going here for years to come they’re so great when I got really sick and was in the hospital they sent me a card and every one signed it. I had my braces done here and I go to them whenever I have a problem or a cavity and they’re just the best. They do awesome work and they’re all great people I can’t even find words to describe how amazing they are. My only complaint is that I’m limited to giving them 5 stars, if I could I’d give them an infinite amount!
Always have an amazing experience with my hygienist Andrea and Dr. Smith. Always nervous for a dental visit but they put you at ease. The front staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Been a patient for 20 years now ;0)
St.Charles Dental Port Jefferson most professional Dr.Scattapia &caring staff. How excited i get just looking at dr.frankenstein needle ( in my head) my bp goes up/bundle of nerves. But my doctor assure, calm me - he talks me srep by step. How comforting.thx 4 putting up ball of nerves.so happy i been refer.
I went to another dentist (another practice) with tooth pain. He took X-rays, told me he didn't see anything but I'd need a root canal anyway (to the tune of $4K!). I came to St Charles Dental for a second opinion. After I explained my symptoms to Dr. Smith, he asked if my allergies were acting up (they were). He said that the sinus inflammation was the likely cause of my pain. I treated the allergies and my pain went away! Thanks for taking the time to listen and think outside the box (or mouth!)
EVERYONE at St Charles Dental is the gold star in professionalism and patient service! They took the time to learn about me at my new patient appointment... not just my teeth and my dental needs, but who am I. I truly appreciate the proficiency and warm welcome I feel when going to the dentist. I had a gap between my front teeth that bothered me since i was a child.
