I want to thank the EMTs who helped my daughter on February 5th. She was taken by ambulance from her doctor's office to Mercy. Since my toddler was with us I couldn't ride with her in the ambulance. The EMTs were great with her and me, it was a scary situation but handled calmly. On her first day back at school the first thing she told her friends was "I rode in an ambulance and it was so cool!" Thanks again for your professional and compassionate service.
I see the crew bring patients in and out of ER all day I have also had to use them before for family members and they are the most caring district i have ever seen. I have worked in a few other districts before and truly see the compassion with st charles. Keep up the great work.
Greg Maddock and Shaun came and picked up my mom last night. They were awesome. Can't say enough good things about the care and compassion they gave.
My son dislocated his knee at home,and could not move,they came quickly and knowing ahead of time because of his asypergers, they were wonderful with him . there grade is an A PLUS
