Sometimes I show up here for a scheduled appointment with my appointment reminder card in my hand and they tell me I don't have an appointment at all. They have canceled appointments when I was already on my way there. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.
I'm not very computer savvy so I don't write many reviews, but I have to take a minute to tell you about Kenzie and Heather. I've had quite a few social workers and I never had a peer counselor, but they are top notch and people that need to help others in the social worker and peer counseling field. My son has been coming to Compass Health for 11 years. It was actually Crider Center when he started. His behavioral health doctor retired last year and now he is seeing Dr. Ehmaire. At his last appointment she neglectfully only refilled 4 out of his 5 medications. I did not know this until I went to the pharmacy to pick them up. This caused him to run out. When people get to the point that they seek help a mental health facility should NOT be able to DEMAND a client do a certain program or else they can not use their services at all. To DEMAND that a client attend group therapy THREE days a week in addition to regular therapy and psych is INSANE. Maybe that client has anxiety. Maybe that client is triggered by other people talking about their trauma and triggers. Group therapy should be CHOICE not required.
