I started paying rent July 1st 2026 today is July 31, 2029 still no mail box key Colin, apartment manager will not respond to requests. A lot of things broken bad smell in building. So sad I signed a year lease.
The work order made me feel a lot better... (I had thought there was a bad connection in the wiring, because of how one light bulb reacted differently than the other two... When I pulled the chain in the ceiling fan fixture... ) Cam told me, that it had nothing to do with the wiring... I was really glad to hear that...
The windows are falling out. The building elevator breaks down and the interior looks like the building is occupied by Crack heads. The maintenance is terrible as water randomly leaks into your unit and no one has fixes anything.
