Dr. Neuman was very professional and addressed our concerns. We have been a client for over 33 years. That says it all.
I have been with these vets since 2003 and trusted them with my cats .. They have always received great care.
LOVE THEM! They do a great job with both my two dogs and our iguana. Not many local vets would handle her but they did a great job. When she passed, I was not going to take my dogs to anyone but St. Charles because I know how great they will be treated!
New to area and needed care for my pet who was sick and in pain. The hospital is very clean and the staff is nice and considerate of your pet's needs. I will continue to seek their services in the future & recommend this animal hospital.
So I was referred by a co-worker upon moving to the area from out of town. I had already had my cat Sophie for 11 years and had recently taken in a stray. The first time I took the stray in, and this should have been my first sign to run, he was purring in fear as a poor innocent and scared 2 month old kitten. They insisted that they could not hear his heart beat well enough so they put him under running water to get him to stop purring! I love St. Charles animal hospital!I brought in my older shiba inu and new puppy on separate occasions and each time was a very great experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable employees who readily answer any questions with a smile! Will definitely continue to patron here.
