My dog Scappy has been very anxious at the vet and Dr Davis has been really kind and gentle with him she is amazing. The front desk staff and the vet techs are also amazing.they only thing I regret is not switching the care of my dogs to them sooner.
Took my fur baby in for monthly allergy shots over the weekend. I was talking to the tech about how I didn't think the shots were working. She got Dr. Davis to come in and check him out and it turns out he has an infection. Dr. Davis was so kind and the techs were so good with my dog. As we were sitting in the exam room other techs came in to see my baby and they all loved on him so much. It always makes me so happy that they treat him they way they do. Dr. Neuman is an excellent vet with over 40 years of experience. His staff is super friendly, patient & caring. I feel confidant that my pet is receiving the BEST care possible as they keep up with the new & ever changing field of veterinary medicine.
Dr. Davis and the vet tech have been great. She was very patient and kind. She listened to my concerns. In the past at other locations I have felt like my pet was just a number or that the vet only cared about the payment and not the health of my dog. I like that she makes me feel that she really cares for my dog and his health, as well as my feelings. I love, love, love St. Charles Animal Hospital. I have been taking my pets there for 8 years now and have not had a bad experience. They treat my fur babies as a priority and with great care and concern when they are under the weather. The staff is very friendly, thorough and smart. I recommend this vet to anyone.
Recently adopted a dog and was looking for a vetenary clinic for him. The staff were all really lovely and knowledgeable (I’m a first time dog owner) and recommended treatments and products without being pushy. They really took the time to explain everything in detail and were happy to answer any questions or concerns.
