If you love your family, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. They give excuses for everything. Multiple times we had to intervene to help save our mothers life. Trust me, there are better location in the Findlay area.
The Manor at Greendale is a excellent long term facility. The facility was recently remodeled and is beautiful. The staff work together to provide the best possible care for the residents. This just isn't a great place for your loved ones but is also a great place to work.
Manor at Greendale has had many significant changes over the years for the better and I couldn't ask for a better place to take care of my Daddy. He seems to like his nurses and the staff is very knowledgeable and let's me know if things need to happen for him. I love that they decorate for the holidays and include ALL residents in gift giving celebrations... even if their family doesn't send in a gift as they provide one for them. I know, that even though the military has me away from my dad... he is well taken care of.
