All I have to say about Greendale is don’t go there. My husband was sent there from the hospital and he was so poorly attended to that I called an ambulance to take him right back to the hospital. The staff I dealt with were rude and untruthful. I wish I could give them a negative star. I can say that while the male aide, on duty nurse and the supervisor are rated with a negative star two of the young female aides were very helpful and kind. They both rate five stars.

The worst place to send your family members. They have some people who really care about you but there are others who shouldn't be in this line a work. The food is nasty and you need to look at your plate of food found hair twice on my food plate. Turn your light on for help it take an hour before someone comes to help you also the staff there really talk bad to you. This is not a 5 star place if I could I wouldn't give them one star they are not worth it.

I am not quite sure why they are saying this establishment is closed on the Googles page, but clearly I just got off the phone with them and they are actively opened and running a great, very thorough establishment with managing my grandpa's care, Fred Cook , with the best pre treatment care before any major illness or complications happen and saves him from having to go to the hospital. Thank you Greendale Manor,my family and I greatly appreciate you.Nicole Linhart (granddaughter)

My mother has been in the memory care unit at The Manor at Greendale for one year and 5 months. The staff has never given me any cause to not trust them in their care of my mother. When we take her out for a meal and bring her back, someone is always there to greet her and make her feel safe upon her return. That is so important, because she usually doesn't remember why she is there. The staff of Manor At Greendale is excellent and the residents are always busy with activities. My sister likes playing Bingo most of all
