My mother has been a client for many years. She has been a great client since I was a kid. The original owners were kind and very helpful. We recently brought a bracelet to get repair and they didn't do a good job. The minute we took the bracelet out of the bag when we got home the bracelet came apart. My mother went back and they refused to fix it. They asked her to pay again. Their work has no guarantee and they don't stand by the integrity of their work.
