This facility is straight up terrible on listening to the patient. Out of the many times I have been there. They had nearly killed me three times. I remember one where they gave me a medication I warned them would have a bad affect due to my genetics. Ignored it threatened to get a court order and after activities I was going into an overdose episode. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing even with the paperwork right in front of them guiding them they still were confused and it took multiple visits when it should have just been one and done do not use these people
The night staff is rude and disrespectful. The big heavy set white guy on the night crew threatened to kill me, let me die and not treat me if I had seizures. He threatened to hit me several times just for standing in the doorway. The black girl who worked that night also gave me medicine that should’ve been Tylenol and was not. The room was not clean upon arrival. They treat people like animals there even if you’re just there for REST!
Just want to say it is a great place where people care and really listen i miss having classes and thoes that i have met sometimes, it really a difference.
